Parents who are interested in the workshop should send the completed
enrolment form to Oxford University Press (OUP) by fax (Fax no: 2811 9071) on or before 3 June 2011. |

Fax confirmation will be sent to parents 3 days before the workshop. |

Parents can submit the completed form to the centre along with the fee of HK$50 cash per head; or
